Summary: Much better! We originally had a hotel booked @ 6 miles away from this hotel, where the check in and everything was different. We managed to reserve the last room here. So much cleaner. Put together. A/c functioning. It looks like the pictures on line. Elizabeth was so nice and accommodating at check in.

Summary: From the moment we entered the hotel the man at the front desk greeted us made us feel very welcomed with a beautiful smile and amazing energy explained everything clear for us gave us some suggestions on places to eat and explained what was close by and what was not I wish I remembered his name unfortunately we had a long day and my mind was scattered. The room was beautiful it was clean and nice decor. The pool was nice the hours for the pool are amazing the only thing I would recommend is more lighting. The breakfast was really good and always fully stocked. And when requested towels it was always on time. Will definitely book again

Summary: Hotel was acceptable for the price point. Front desk staff on evening arrival was outstanding, professional and efficient. The female staff at front desk the next morning was not so much. No water available in the lobby yet just after 10 & breakfast area closed. When asked at front desk for water, she would not even provide a simple bottle of water. Disappointing. Not the usual service I experience at a Hampton.

Summary: I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. The parking lot was empty, not another person around. I was told my room was ready but I could not check in without paying a $50 early check in fee. Regular check in time is 3:00 pm. If I had not already paid for the room, I certainly would have left and found other accommodations. I will not stay there again, I would choose another option when visiting the area.
