Summary: My night at Hagerstown Hampton Inn was excellent. I has a terrific parking space and the front desk folks were friendly and helpful. My room was great - clean, comfortable and very updated. Ditto with the bathroom which had a great shower, I slept well and had a great stay.

Summary: Arrived, room was ready and had no issues at all with check in. Staff helped with directions to our event for the evening, recommending parking. Would stay with this location on return trips.

Summary: We were impressed with little things the staff did that made our stay memorable. The greeting on the tv set and the text messages we received upon arrival to our room was very much appreciated. It meant so much when the staff gave us a coupon for free appetizers at a local restaurant.

Summary: There was a power outage due to a bad storm when we arrived and lots of folks trying to check in. The front desk staff was very helpful. The property is very nice with very nice rooms and the hotel property is well maintained. Appreciate their dog policy and area to walk them.
