Negative: I dislike that my tv was unplugged. i had to hook the administrator cable back up to get the tv on. The phone didn't work, I had to call the front desk from my personal phone. I stay at this Hampton Inn once every month. This is the first time I was upset as soon I got in the room. But the lady at the front desk was trying to find me another room, but I fixed the tv
