Summary: The staff were pr try helpful and assisted us quickly with our needs. Having the option to txt the hotel instead of calling the front desk was so convenient. Hotel is in a convenient spot for travelers with no car. Surrounded by restaurants and even an outlet mall. Would stay here again!

Summary: The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept well for about 9 hours!!! Before checking out we had breakfast. Hampton Inn has the best Breakfast Selection- #1 in our book!!! Keep up the great customer service! Awesome!!!!

Summary: Stayed in room 427 for only one night. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed. The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position. Lastly, there’s an older white man who appeared to be “maintenance”. As I went for coffee in the morning and walking towards the elevator, he approached from the opposite end of the hallway. I spoke first and said, “Good morning”. He looked at me and I smiled and spoke again. He entered the elevator, pressed the #3 button as well as the lobby button. He never said a word to me. He exited on the 3rd floor and made a quick right off the elevator and entered a door for employees only. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Summary: Good rooms. Need some updating on door hinges. Breakfast was disappointing. No choice in meat, no scrambled eggs on egg white fluff, no biscuits or gravy.
