Summary: We had a lovely time visiting Eugene Oregon for our annual Oregon country Fair visit the front desk ladies were super friendly and very helpful, they gave us wonderful recommendations of where to eat and it was delicious definitely will be staying here next year or if we visit Eugene anytime soon

Summary: The stay was ok but started off badly after the check in employee was very rude to my husband who asked about checking in 10 minutes before I had arrived and she would have none of it as the booking was in my name and not his (we have the same address and last name). She was rude and began to ignore my husband when he asked questions. The rooms are clean. Pool was basic but not heated enough to be comfortable during June in Oregon. Breakfast was complimentary so would be ok for families who are looking for muffins, yoghurt and cereal but not much else.

Summary: The only negative thing about staying here is that the mattress on both beds were not the best. My daughter and I both woke up with sore back. A firmer mattress is needed. Everything else was excellent and I would stay here again. The free breakfast had a lot of options and the coffee bar and ice water were always available. Love that both the mattress and pillows were wrapped in dust mite protection!

Summary: Overall location was odd. Busy street. Many homeless out on main road. Gym was very small, but functional. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Summary: Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was right in front & felt safe even at night.

Summary: The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We arrived later in the evening for a show at the Hult Center. We left early, but we did use the breakfast facilities. Everything was well stocked and easy to find.
