Positive: Didn’t eat breakfast. Did not look appetizing like previous years Nice pleasant staff . Clean rooms . Beds and pillows need upgrade.Breakfast needs a MAJOR overhaul. Been staying at this location for 5 years for Thanksgiving food quality is subpar .

Negative: Sausage , eggs, potatoes were cheap quality and not much variety like a few years ago.. It looked overcooked and grey., realizing it’s quick breakfast it was low quality for the price of the room. It used to be way better. This has to do with the hotel NOT the staff who were exceptional.

Negative: Staff were not exactly helpful. They were friendly but did not help with our many suitcases or even offer a trolley for us to take them upstairs ourselves. Just watched us struggle
