Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Completed my special room request promptly and followed up to make sure it met my expectations.

Negative: I didn't know it at the time, but the hotel was not in a convenient place for the tournament I was working. The hotel was great, clean, comfortable, within walking distance of restaurants, but not close to the tournament site.
