Summary: Nice clean rooms. Only problem during our stay was the breakfast cook didn't show and they had to call someone else in to work. Which delayed breakfast for about an hour.

Summary: I don’t know or remember the lady‘s name when I checked in, but she was absolutely wonderful and it was very helpful. Kind informational very sweet and helped me and My Wife to our rooms and was very over achieving but with a heart something that I miss from back home in Oklahoma and El Reno, I was on a turnaround trip from California and I can’t wait to get back to Oklahoma but that place is like home

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. Except when we arrived the room thermostat was set at 62 degrees. It was freezing in there. I brought it up to the front desk the next morning and she said they set it low because it's so hot and humid outside. I would think that the hotel would be wasting a ton of energy if every room that is sitting empty is at 62 degrees. The breakfast was good and the staff member who was taking care of it was fantastic.

Summary: Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly! The only negatives were noise level— could hear people talking that were in the room above us. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t working.
