Summary: Outlets are stretched out too big so unable to charge cell phone near bed (near me). Every Hampton Inn I have visited this happens and is very inconvenient. I suggest bringing duck tape or an extension cord so can charge phone AND have the phone located where it is needed.

Summary: The hotel was very dated and definitely needs a facelift. The grout in the rooms was very dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. They only serviced the room every other day. I checked in on a Friday and had to ask the front desk to service my room at 3:30 PM on Sunday. They only brought fresh linens and never even made the bed.

Summary: We had an overall great experience here. Room was clean & quiet, beds were comfortable, shower was good, and the delicious breakfast that was included was the perfect bonus on top of everything. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the carpet being wet near the window due to some type of leak, but it did little if anything to dampen our experience (no pun intended). We will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: Staff at the front desk very nice and friendly. Everything was great! Only thing was the smell in the room each time we stepped in. It smelled as if the rug was either damp or dirty, I’m unsure. Also, the ac was a tad bit loud. Other than this it was JUST RIGHT! My grandkids enjoyed their stay there. One more thing, the complimentary breakfast was out of this world-so much to choose from. This was the best part for the boys and myself! Thank you!

Summary: I checked into the room and found the AC wasn’t really functioning well. I received a text from the front desk, welcoming me to the property and asking how everything was going. I explained the issue with the AC and the front desk promptly switched me to a different room. The new room had great AC and I was very pleased with the ease and response.
