Positive: Receptionist was wonderful and helpful. All staff great!

Negative: Carpet in room was not that clean (stuff on carpet) and a bit dusty. Terrible shower rust.

Positive: Because of the previous times I have stayed here, I always have a good breakfast to start my day. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that they closed breakfast at 9:00 and not 10:00. When I got there most everything was cleaned up, but the staff asked me what I wanted and brought it out. I settled on cereal and orange juice since the toaster, oatmeal and hot food was already put away. I appreciate that they provided that so I didn’t have to go out for food.

Negative: I wish the desk chair raised and lowered more easily.

Positive: The breakfast was better than usually found in this situation. After I checked out, the staff found some medicine in the refrigerator in my room. They called me while I was on the road and arranged to Fed Ex it to me. As it turned out, the medicine was not mine. I very much appreciated their efforts.

Negative: Apparently there was someone else's medicine (presumably belonging to the prior guest) in my room's refrigerator.
