Summary: My room was fine but the billing/getting an accurate receipt was a disaster. Odd for a Hampton Inn, which is usually run more professionally. I was in Doylestown to speak to a group and needed a receipt for my one night on April 7th to submit to the group for reimbursement. The desk staff could not provide me one on the 7th. Luckily the group took my word for the amount and paid me promptly on the 7th. But then I got an email receipt on the 8th that was totally confusing with strange charges. One looked like for an extra room??? A few days later I checked with my credit card company, and an additional charge was added on the 8th of April in addition to the one-night stay on the 7th. I did not bother to call this hotel about it but called the credit card company to deal with them, since the staff does not seem to know what it is doing regarding billing. So be careful with this place.

Summary: Staff was nice. Pool was out of service. Fire safety systems were out of order which was concerning. Did not care for the bathroom closet type door, lacked privacy. Ceiling in shower was falling into the shower. Luckily we were just spending one night there. Location of the hotel was nice.

Summary: Great friendly service. Staff is awesome! So helpful!! Breakfast was perfect! Loved our stay and convenient to downtown restaurants & bars. Took Uber. 3.7 miles away so quick 10 minute drive.

Summary: The room had charging connections and outlets conveniently placed. Good lighting options, nice layout, and comfortable bed - were all pluses. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was just right. I would definitely stay there again.
