Summary: Affordable and clean. Staff was very friendly and the pool was very nice. Breakfast buffet also had nice options.

Summary: We were there for 4 days. The staff was impeccable. From check in with (Lita) to the Continental breakfast tgey worked hard to make it a good experience. The microwave wouldn't gwt hot and the maintenance worker they sent was sweet and kind. It couldn't be dixed so he brought a new one in for us to use. The housekeeping staff was also great! We needed sheets for the pullout for our daughter and when we called to ask for them, not only did they send staff but they made the bed, which we did not expect. While, they're renovating the property there's still plenty of parking and no issue with noise. My car had some dust but that's what the car wash is for. We were in town for a funeral and you certainly made our time of bereavement much more bearable. Thank you so much for real hospitality. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: My room was fine but the billing/getting an accurate receipt was a disaster. Odd for a Hampton Inn, which is usually run more professionally. I was in Doylestown to speak to a group and needed a receipt for my one night on April 7th to submit to the group for reimbursement. The desk staff could not provide me one on the 7th. Luckily the group took my word for the amount and paid me promptly on the 7th. But then I got an email receipt on the 8th that was totally confusing with strange charges. One looked like for an extra room??? A few days later I checked with my credit card company, and an additional charge was added on the 8th of April in addition to the one-night stay on the 7th. I did not bother to call this hotel about it but called the credit card company to deal with them, since the staff does not seem to know what it is doing regarding billing. So be careful with this place.
