Summary: Hotel was amazing and that's where the positive ends. We arrived around midnight and it was pure chaos , people screaming and yelling in the parking lot and hotel lobby and hallways, kids running up and down the hallways. AWFUL. Sour milk at breakfast and the dining room was totally neglected by staff. The worst part was the $150 incidentals charge!! That was more than the room cost. It's a new hotel but I would never stay on a weekend again.

Summary: Beautiful hotel!! Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are so pretty. The bathroom is very big and I like that it’s off to the side. Love it here. Still smells and looks new.
