Positive: The lemon waffles and lemon poppy seed scones. Proximity to airport.

Negative: There is no info on how the shuttle bus works. There was no way to book a time slot and although the day before I told a staff member when I wanted to leave, the message didn't seem to be recorded anywhere. I saw the bus in the morning but no driver. Finally, I went into the office (you don't have a bell) and told a young guy when I needed to leave. But when the time came I still did not see any driver and no one was behind the desk. You just need to make YOUR expectations clear. Do you want customers to walk up and request on the spot. Do you want advance notice? There was often no one visible at the desk to communicate with so you could have a sign-up sheet or app for requesting a specific time. Also, when I arrived at the airport the driver could not tell me how to get the door open from the inside and honestly, I think she should have gotten out and opened it. I was reaching over my suitcase to grab the handle because she never opened the back so I had my bag wedged in next to me. Is the shuttle strictly for trips to and from the airport or does it go elsewhere? I suggest asking customers to call the desk and schedule 15 minutes in advance or have someone manning the desk who can deal with this.

Positive: Breakfast was pretty good. One thing, the only fresh fruit were oranges which are messy to deal with. Would be good to offer mixed fruit bowl, or bananas and apples as well.

Positive: would love anything fruit or vegetable added to breakfast, more healthy options that have color other than fruitloops. pretty good coffee, larger selection of teas would be nice especially at late afternoon. fitness center was nice! room needed maintenance- curtain rod falling down, large crack in bathroom on low shelf, no hot water in sink faucet. could also use more than one towel per occupant without having to find staff as they don't dry in a day. Very quiet room and comfortable beds . friendly and helpful staff.
