Summary: The staff were nice, and the hotel seemed clean. Our room didn't seem to be what I would expect from Hampton. It was hard to figure out how to work the blinds, the tub was hard to figure out, and it was hard to turn the nobs, and there was no microwave in the room. We needed to leave at 5:30, and they already had food out, which was very good.

Summary: Very disappointing for a Hampton hotel. Our mattress was old & soft. One of those where you tend to roll to the middle. The cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken & would not close properly. The wood on the bathroom door was cracked & peeling. And the electrical plugs beside the bed were so old & worn that our charging blocks wouldn’t stay plugged in. All in all, just surprised that Hilton (a brand I normally associate with quality) would permit this property to decline as it has.

Summary: Room was not clean. The room smelled like tobacco. Someone used the trash can to spit chewing tobacco into. This was not cleaned out when I got to the room. I set it in the hallway and asked the desk clerk to have it removed. I came back 4 hour later and the nasty trash can was still outside my door.
