Positive: Very clean and very accommodating and professional staff.

Negative: Pet charge was ridiculous $75 for a cat probably causing us to look for different accommodations when traveling through Cleveland. It’s a shame because we did like the hotel but $75 instead of $25 is ridiculous.

Negative: The room was way too hot. When we could not adjust the temperature, the person at the front desk said she didn't have the password to override the system so the air would stay on. We have not had this issue at this hotel before. It was disappointing. Normally, we love it.

Positive: Our stay was Brief, but absolutely amazing. Peyton went above and beyond. There was a mess up in my third party booking. And he calmly fixed it and had me calm down. He is absolutely amazing. I can see him at a higher level with this company. He is great with the customer. And his knowledge about your hotel.
