Summary: We were so pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was a pitstop mid-road trip. We have a 75 pound dog and they didn't bat an eye. Hotel and rooms are spotless, staff is friendly, breakfast is hearty and delicious. Conveniently located right off of I81. We will happily return!

Summary: An otherwise lovely lodging that made my pet-peeve mistake. When you set the AC to 64°, I have to turn on the heat to take a shower without freezing my **** off. What a waste, in so many ways.

Summary: There are tons of reviews saying this hotel is clean, and they are correct. This hotel is almost comically clean, not a spot or fuzz to be seen. Bathroom was immaculate and smelled like cleaner, bed was fresh, carpet was spotless. Only "downside"

Summary: When I entered the room, the temp was 65 degrees, which I found quite chilly! I figured out how to deal with it--the HVAC equipment was very user-friendly. Reservations were another matter. When I tried to reserve, secondary res agents answered the phone, resulting in such confusion that I inadvertently reserved two rooms for my stay. I now have a business card from one of your front desk agents, so that won't happen again. I hope! Someone should do something about these rogue reservation "providers". They really are a menace.
