Summary: Check-in was easy and front staff was friendly. As we waited for the elevator to our room, we listened to a cleaning staff member, loudly complain to another employee about her job and how her taking on a role in management should have meant that her job got easier not more difficult. The room was clean. The shower was clean. Breakfast was ok but wished they had more options.

Summary: Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast with room always plus. I specifically chose Hampton Inn because affordable room and low cost pet rates, which at check in was $25 more than online states. Was advised rate for pet was increased to $75 at check in. Could have boarded dog for less.
