Summary: Staff was not welcoming nor friendly. There was not enough food for breakfast to feed the number of guests. Waited for food to come out and then left. Checked back later and still none. Happened both days. Only one elevator worked and waited for 20-30 minutes for it to arrive when we had luggage. Used stairs the rest of the time.
