Summary: Overall, the hotel was a good stay for the price. It felt safe and was clean for the most part. However, the elevator kept "sticking" once it reached the floors and we had to hit the floor button and the open door button again in order for the doors to open. Also, only one ice maker worked during the stay. The water pressure also left some to be desired. The staff was fantastic and helpful each time we needed something which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this for a budget stay if you just need a place to sleep and shower.

Summary: Bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out. All four of us had water standing in the tub. Four to six inches had accumulated by dads (my) turn :( Pillows are the size of cotton balls. Suspicious brown substance on the exterior entrance to men’s restroom in lobby. See pictures.

Summary: Tried to give us a queen bedroom when we booked a king suite. Had to wait to get in the room. Microwave was hanging on wall looked like it was going to fall off . Pocket door to bedroom wouldn't open. Parts missing. Faucet in bathroom was not attached properly. Lobby was dirty and elevator where dirty. They sounded like they were going to break. Really disappointed in this Hampton inn. We've stayed in so many this one was the worst one. TV was gone out of the suite part.
