Positive: Front desk staff was very helpful.
Negative: We felt the ladies working in the kitchen or breakfast area were lazy. They sat the entire time we were there, on their cell phones. Never once did they get up to ask if we needed anything; we had to ask them to put more eggs out eacy day. Only then did they check the breakfast area.
