Summary: We were in the pool and there were no towels so we called the front desk and were no towels. So I said are we suppose to drip all the way to our rooms? 20 or so min later someone came in with 6 towels when there was 10 in the pool and started this is all we have. You pool is open 10 pm nightly why wouldn’t you have sufficient towels when you have a full hotel ?

Summary: It was very enjoyable, room was clean and comfy beds but the barn door styling for the bathroom door wasnt good. It stuck and it was difficult to get out of. Did mention before we left. The pool was bathwater and well chlorinated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety for all food allergies

Summary: The staff were great. The pool had a layer of grime around it. The rooms are not the cleanest I’ve seen. Dirt collecting in corners, the inside of garbages had garbage in them if you took out the bag.
