Summary: The room looked nothing like it did online, everything was old and not well taken care of. The beds were horrible to sleep and I woke up with a sore back. We will definitely not return to this hotel

Summary: I have been a customer for a long time in several cities in Mexico, this is the first time they left me in the lobby until it was time to check in, but I saw that other people arrived and were given rooms instantly. I understand we had four rooms, but we only needed one to change clothes, with people with disabilities. The rooms were perfect, as always. The lobby needs more attention at midday
