Positive: On the river. Front desk said we were on River side but our view was of roof and air conditioning unit. Beds and sheets comfortable. Breakfast was more than continental. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Water bottles given at arrival and departure.
Negative: What was the SMELL! It was throughout the hallway on our floor almost musty or public bathroom awful but not in our room so maybe in the carpets.
Summary: Would’ve rated higher if the stench in the hall wasn’t there. Great customer service all around.

Negative: The breakfast was not great and infact we think our son got sick from it being under cooked as he got sick right after and most of the day thrusting up and would not eat it the next day. We were in a room located with the heat and a/c equipment right out the window so that was pretty annoying for the price we paid.

Positive: I didn't like the breakfast. There weren't many options. There could have been a variety of foods to choose from. The eggs were questionable.

Positive: This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff! I have traveled alot and this is my new FAVORITE place to stay! The fitness center was amazing. Very well equipped. Very clean! I will stay here every time I travel to Burley! Thank you for all your efforts to make this a remarkable place. Oh, yeah, BTW. the breakfast was awewome!
