Negative: bathroom not cleaned properly, soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers were empty. At breakfast, there was hardly any hot food out, there were not a lot of people there and they never had anything out. it was as if they were afraid to cook anything more than 5 pieces of sausage, 1/2 a serving vessel of eggs or potatoes out. Had to wait for any food to come out.

Positive: The staff were super friendly! The breakfast was really good, especially the potatoes. The beds are comfy. The bedding and pillows are nice. Everything was clean. The TV had a nice touch upon arrival.

Negative: Noisy traffic passing by all night on 95.

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was as good as it was. We knew there would be waffles, but the pumpkin spiced added an extra touch of home!

Negative: The beds are a little too soft. Not enough support for customers with back issues. May have mattresses with more lumbar support. I do not like that if you book with Booking.com you can't use the visit for your Hilton Honors points.
