Positive: The staff was very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Although our room faced the highway it was still quiet.

Negative: I'm used to having a refrigerator and microwave in the room when I stay in a hotel. I was very disappointed that this room didn't have those amenities. We had food that couldn't be reheated and leftovers that had to be thrown away. The room was also very cold. This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn. I'm not sure if I will do it again.

Negative: Breakfast Area was cramped, both rooms we were given had a musty smell. The furniture is outdated and torn. Several requests went unanswered. The mattresses were not comfortable. Overall, this one misses the mark of the Hampton Inn brand.
