Positive: The staff here was amazing. I was able to check in early. Given a gift bag. That was awesome!. The pool staff quickly stocked towels at the pool. And even gave my boys pool toys. And then the breakfast staff was on top of the breakfast making sure nothing ran low. The location is amazing surrounded sprouting by so many eateries and opportunities for fun and adventure.

Negative: There was a strange smell in our room I'm sure because it is a pretty friendly room maybe previous stays have been messy(I suggest an enzyme cleaner my help). Also I wish there was laundry service on site for wet pool clothes.

Summary: This place felt better than home away from home.

Negative: I had there was 4 people staying but they only gave us 4 towels but we made it work. It looked like there was mold in the corner of the shower. Just minor things that didn’t affect our stay.

Positive: Everything was great although the poolside restroom was really nasty. The noise level at night is on the bad side. Slamming doors.

Negative: Dirty poolside restroom, slamming doors at night. The AC thermostat can’t be correct. The room was warm as I keep my AC at home set to 71 and I need a blanket, the room was too hot. Couldn’t sleep due to sweating all night. And the fan on the unit will not stay on.

Summary: The trip was awesome and we will definitely use it again in the winter months.
