Negative: The prechecking process was very complicated. Once I got to the property everything got sorted out but the online process was the hardest O have ever experienced and I use bookong frequently.

Positive: It was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast which I always enjoy. In fact, overall, it was a typical Hampton Inn.

Negative: We arrived at 9:00 pm, When we got to our room, it was very warm and stuffy. The thermostat was blinking "Err" and we could not get the HVAC to work at all. We notified the desk clerk, "Nana," and she said someone would take a look at it. We waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. We complained again and suggested moving to another room. She typed away on her computer for quite a while and finally asked a housekeeper to come to our room. The housekeeper fiddled with the thermostat for about 10 minutes before finally moving us to a different room on a different floor. we got settled in the different room at 10:45 pm. Since the thermostat was showing an error when we arrive in our room, someone had to already know that the HVAC was not working. We should not have been initially assigned to that room. Nana, the front desk clerk, should have been more responsive to our request to have someone look at the HVAC in our room. 45 minutes was a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

Positive: The bathroom and the room was spacious.

Negative: No microwave nor fridge in the room, and the entrance smell wasn't pleasant.

Summary: I only slept there for one night. I had to check out sooner, then expected.
