Positive: I did like that it was by restaurants & gas stations!! The staff was very friendly!!

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable they were very hard!! The pullout bed when made into a couch was very stiff & the toilet would have be flushed multiple times for it to flush correctly & the handle had to be held down the whole time!! Their elevator was out of order so when it was busy you would have to wait to get on cause only one side was working!!

Positive: The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good for the price. Good location for the event we were attending.

Negative: The pillows were too flat, and the bed was not that comfortable. The water from the shower head dripped all night.

Positive: It was easy to find , part of the staff was as very helpful as caring - Beth , was outstanding in her customer service, she helped out when she he hot water carafe was not a “only Water” use…. The hot water had a coffee residue in it , so she was kind enough to bring hot water from the kitchen for me , and she also was welcoming when we entered the hotel , which was not the case with other staff members :-( so , for us , she and a housekeeper were the most welcoming …. The gentleman who attended to breakfast was also friendly and kind

Negative: The fact is hat an elevator was out of service for well over 2 weeks before we arrived….. and some of the face cloths are stained and worn out…. And no paper for notes or a pen to write with :-(
