Summary: The room was very comfortable and clean! The breakfast was yummy. The condition of the building was a little bit run down and musty smelling. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint we had was that the pool wasn’t working which was 90% of why we booked the hotel to begin with. So was pretty bummed about that! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: One of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool. After check in, granddaughter started out door for pool and was told by someone in the hall that pool was broken. I walked down to the lobby and asked front desk. I was told that pool was not broke and others had been swimming. I let my granddaughter go to pool. I followed a few minutes later and was disgusted by the condition of the pool. I went back to the desk to ask them when the pool was cleaned last and they did not know. Was advised the pool guy had been there weeks ago, seriously!!! The pump was not running and there was no evidence of any chlorine. The sides inside the pool had major stains that obviously had not been cleaned as required in order to maintain a safe environment. On another note, my tv was not working properly. I advised the front desk that my tv would not stay connected. The front desk said the maintenance person would be in tomorrow. I told her that I would be gone tomorrow and she said that somebody would come check it, nobody ever showed up or bothered to even notify us they had nobody to check it. In addition, there was a dirty wash cloth and used drink lid in the bathroom floor upon arrival. At no time was I contacted by a manager or any other persons to acknowledge my concerns.

Summary: It was a good stop on our long drive, clean room, clean shower, comfortable beds. And Bree at the front desk was amazing!!

Summary: We reserved 2 queen beds for family, but received one king and a pull out. Hotel was booked so couldn't change; pullout was not comfortable. We only received 2 towels and were told they were out. Shower did not drain so we were standing in water. Front desk clerk was very friendly, just not helpful.

Summary: Would have been nice to have blackout curtains across the entire window, and the cable connection was not working at all so I couldn't watch any of the local broadcast channels
