Summary: This hotel was amazing. The staff were great, we had to make a last minute booking due to another hotel being horrible and unsafe. We were greeted quickly and professionally here, looked after and the hotel itself was lovely and clean, tidy, quiet and over all great to stay at. I want to thank Chloe and Beverley directly who were working that evening. They were approachable, kind and we had a great chat! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip! I highly recommend.

Summary: Me and the wife spent the 1 night here but we wished it was 2, hotel lovely right in the centre of town, breakfast fantastic and staff really helpful, will definitely be back if down that way again

Summary: The hotel is nice but what makes it exceptional are the staff, in particular Beverley and Chloe. I fell over just outside the hotel and Beverley ran to my aid, helped me up and checked i was ok before fetching an ice pack for my painful wrist and checking on my throughout the evening. Fantastic customer care.

Summary: Our room was spotless and had very welcome air-conditioning. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly, including the chef who came to speak to my partner about Gluten Free options for breakfast as he has Coeliac Disease (they had GF bread, cereal and croissants and most of the cooked breakfast was GF so all good!). All in all a great stay.

Summary: Perfect in every way! Staff were lovely, rooms and communal areas were modern and beautifully designed. Bed was comfortable and room quiet with aircon. Great breakfast and super dog friendly.
