Summary: I recently stayed at the Hilton at Stansted Airport and was very pleased with my experience. The room was well laid out, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a very large shower — everything i needed for a relaxing night before an early flight. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The reception staff were proactively helpful and welcoming, making check-in and any questions i had effortless. I had an issue with my room‘s air-conditioning, which was immediately resolved after calling reception from the room The included buffet breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of options, all fresh and good quality. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, even at a very early hour of the morning All in all, a smooth, comfortable stay that made travelling through Stansted much easier. Connected access to and from airport departures to hotel reception takes 5-8mins, step free and mostly undercover. Highly recommended!

Summary: Great service and breakfast. The food was hot, there were two serving locations and four coffee machines, meaning no waiting behind the inevitable person who dithers. My wake-up call was on time and the receptionist accompanied me to the lift when my key-card wouldn’t work. A 5-minute, covered walk from the airport terminal. Really took the stress out of an early morning flight, so would definitely consider this option again.
