Summary: The room was lovely, the reception area was nice, and the staff were great. Our only gripe, and unfortunately it was a big problem hence why I couldn't give 5 stars, was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were that bad that my husband has had back ache all day since leaving the hotel. Neither of us slept much due to the awful mattress, There's no point having a lovely hotel but an awful bed. Sadly that lets it down massively. But 4 dtars for everything else.

Summary: It's actually much nicer than what you'd expect. The location is great, parking is easy. Staff is very nice. The rooms are big, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was great.

Summary: Staff not very friendly, not helped by front desk staff serving at the adjacent bar when guests are waiting to check in. Air con, no clear instructions and not sure it was working anyway. Hotel should make clear it's not close to town centre
