Summary: Great stay. Metro 15 min walk away. Grocery store nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent with choice of on site restaurants. Unfortunately fire alarm went off apparently due to someone smoking in non-smoking room.

Summary: I’m very disappointed with my stay. I had booked a family room, clearly described as two interconnected rooms, but upon arrival, the reception informed me that this was not possible because all family rooms were already taken. Despite expressing my frustration, we were still placed in two separate rooms, which completely defeated the purpose of the reservation. To make things worse, the breakfast was poor, basic items like spoons were missing, and there were not enough tables for guests to sit and eat comfortably. Overall, a very frustrating experience that did not meet expectations. Definitely not an experience I intend to repeat.
