Negative: Room is very small although adequate. Narrow staircase to 3rd floor. Shower very weak although hot. Mattress atrocious but owner says he’ll replace.

Positive: Quick and easy check-in, almost new apartment, spacious and well designed. There is even a small desk, a bedside table and a small wardrobe. There was a kettle and water, coffee, tea and biscuits, which is always nice. On the plus side, the internet works well, as do the television and Netflix, and towels are provided. It's a good option, not too far from the centre, and could easily be improved with a few minor changes. I would return.

Negative: There are a few easily fixable negatives; the bed, the base and mattress definitely need to be changed. The spring base moves and the mattress is simply uncomfortable. There was a small leak in the bathroom, which needs to be fixed, the noise was annoying. Perhaps a small microwave or a small hob for cooking is missing, but it's not essential.

Summary: It is discreet, fast and you can check at any time.
