Summary: I spent 8 days in Hamilton Hotel. I love the location, where was close to all clubs and bars, and restaurant. Next to subway station, literally few steps away from lobby. Clean room, autocleaning toilet bowl, very happy with the stay. Cons: 1. I heard loud music till 4am in the morning. They had given me the earplug. 2. No bathtub. 3. No gym room 4. Swimming pool access needs entrance fee 5. Sauna guy was rude. Sauna facility was old.

Summary: The hotel in Seoul has nice rooms and a good location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from a nightclub or club in the building, which was very disturbing. During my stay, from Wednesday through Saturday, there was loud music until late at night every day.

Summary: Excellent service, good amenities. Though paid additional, breakfast was good spread. Rooms are a bit small. Being next to much happening place, weekends nights are a bit noisy due to loud music outside. Ear plugs provided helped! I enjoyed my stay at Hamilton. Being a vegetarian, Saravana Bhavan next doors was an attraction!

Summary: The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very sweet and courteous. The front desk staff can be a little cold but some of them were nice and helpful. It gets very noisy because of the nightlife from about 9pm-6am.

Summary: Beautiful building in the heart of Itaewon with an excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene—great for those looking to enjoy it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though I found it odd that earplugs were provided next to the bed. That quickly made sense—the noise level is outrageous and unacceptable. I stayed in room 825, and the constant noise made it very difficult to rest. I requested a room change the following day, but the manager was completely nonchalant and said nothing was available. I had to endure three more nights of severe noise disturbance. While the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water, none were replaced on the second day. When I went downstairs to ask, I was charged 2,000 won for a bottle. It’s not about the cost—it’s the lack of consistency and the feeling of poor service. There are far too many great hotel options in the area for me to consider staying here again. That said, I absolutely loved Itaewon.

Summary: We love Hamilton Hotel. The staff was super nice and is close to everything. This place is in the heart of Itaewon, a neighborhood full of life, during the day and also at night. The location is unbeatable, however, since there are bars around it at night could be a little noisy on weekends.

Summary: Was so incredibly noisy, music with bass played til 7am over the weekend. I know it's not the hotels fault, it's mine and they did provide ear plugs. It was a great location for everything else The front desk were not helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage in their store room which was a space out in the open surrounded by rope. Granted it was for more than 24 hours so I guess better we didn't.
