Positive: Hotel located at shoplots. Hotel upstairs, downstairs got bank islam & 7eleven. Infront cross road got kedai makan tomyam & kafe. Very strategic location!

Positive: It is strategically located beside 7E and Bank Islam, so it is easier to withdraw cash and buy groceries 24/7. Food was no issue, as it is within walking distance of several good restaurants and a 10-minute drive to Kota Bharu. As we are staying for eight days, we need to find a room with Wi-Fi so that we can work online. The rate was one of the cheapest with Wi-Fi we could get around there. Plus, the facilities are pretty new. Security-wise, it is fully CCTV and has a camera recording at the entrance to record the faces of those entering the facilities.

Negative: Although it comes with free Wi-Fi, we were a bit unlucky, as the router close to our room was unstable. More often than not, we had to use our own mobile data for work. We were unable to watch TV, as during our stay, they were having issues with the TV reception. Surprisingly, the room got mosquitoes, even though it was fully air-conditioned and the windows were closed. The parking is a bit challenging sometimes because there is no dedicated parking, and we have to compete with those going to the bank and 7E.
