Positive: The layout inside was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Negative: The air conditioning didn't work very well and we had some warm weather.

Positive: Comfortable beds and hot showers

Negative: Dusty, broken chair, 2 broken light shades, no outside lighting that worked, only 2 pieces of firewood supplied and neither fitted into the wood heater ( we are off a farm and have a slow combustion heater at home so bought our own kindling and firelighters ) very disappointed a useless spark device and no matches. Overall the property was tired and in need of some maintenance.

Positive: Location fabulous. Had an exceptional good feeling about the place. Heating was good. TV good.

Negative: Toilet seat loose. Shower door wouldn’t stay fully closed and leaked a little at door. The bathroom, lounge and kitchen floor was VERY wet when we arrived at 3.20pm, even though I booked to arrive between 3 - 4pm.

Summary: Exceptional location and accommodation, but floor needs to be dry before arrival to avoid accidents.
