Summary: The staff is exceptional in every area. The food was very good, we had both breakfast and a dinner there. Parking for the hotel is very handy and attached so you can take the elevator up to your room. I wouldn’t bother paying for valet there as it is very convenient already. Our room was very clean and everything was in good condition. My only complaint is the bathroom door - it does not sufficiently close off the room for privacy.

Summary: We booked a HarbourFRONT room versus a harbourview. Save your $ on the upgrade bc there are no Harbourfront views-it’s all city view with a view to the water which is harbourVIEW. WE EVEN ASKED AT FRONT DESK if we could change rooms to a better harbour view as in harbourFRONT room but told ours 383 was the best they could offer.

Summary: We checked in last night around 9pm , were told by the receptionist at the counter that Breakfast time is 6.30 to 10am & M club is open 24*7 for grab on the go . Next morning ( today ) we reached M club for breakfast at 9.37am & to our great surprise & shock , the lady over there told us the first thing was that breakfast timing was over & we were late . Most of the things were gone & they were not going to refill .. it was quite unpleasant.. did not expect it at all . Moreover , exhaust fan of Washroom was not operational which caused much inconvenience after we used toilet as odor spread through the room .. on the whole - first experience but poor one
