Summary: staff is not helpful when i asked about how to open the door going to the pool, instead he closed the phone while still talking..very rude. otherwise, amenities and cleanliness met my expectation.

Summary: Excellent hotel, super clean, bed so comfy you just want to stay in it all day, amazing location! Hot tub was as you expect from a hot tub! Hot and relaxing! And pool was really warm. Don’t leave that place without trying a latte from the coffee shop!

Summary: We recently stayed at this hotel and loved it! The downtown location was perfect. Access to the underground parking was a breeze, and our room had a great view of the harbour. It was also clean and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The pedestrian pedway system is convenient, connecting us to surrounding areas without going outside in the December cold. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked lovely and the food smelled amazing. Definitely a great spot for a downtown getaway!
