Positive: Large and lots of space. Beds comfortable. Don’t mind it being g weathered and well used and old, it was perfect for our big group and the location was excellent as was having the sauna.

Negative: It’s filthy though and in need of a very deep clean. Thick dirt on all the windows and all the skirting boards. Grime in the tiles downstairs bathroom. All the pull cords into the bathroom thick with dirt. Kitchen Bin needs replacing, we didn’t want to touch it. Kitchen cupboards need cleaning out. Cooker needs a deep clean and oven trays replacing. Duvets stained when beds were stripped. It stank of curry when we arrived and we opened all the windows and doors for the first few hours and tried to by some scented candles.

Summary: Location and size is brilliant and comfortable - please clean we would love to come back.

Positive: Excellent location. Lots of lovely shops nearby. Perfect for a group of friends as a base. Sauna was a lovely bonus after a long day hiking.

Negative: Could do with a little updating.

Negative: Some of rooms need abit of work doing plus it wasn’t very clean at all,when we arrived the house just felt damp it needs the heating going on

Positive: Good for a large group. Big sitting room to hang out in. Great location close to shops pubs and Snowdon trail start and still quiet at night. Some supplies already in kitchen. Kitchen has been refurbished and was modern.

Negative: Only 2 of the 3 bathrooms had showers. Bathrooms were tired looking. water damage in bedroom below bathroom. It would be good if towels were supplied as standard, so you didnt need to bring your own-but the host did supply some for us.
