Positive: Everything but most of all all the art in the walls. This is not just an accommodation, this is the most incredible place we have ever stayed in. It was like sleeping in a Modern Art Gallery surrounded by wonderful art. You could still smell the fresh paint, every room had it’s personality and the kids even had a desk and all the tools to paint. If you love art this is the place to stay in Caserta. I wish places like this existed in every city! And what to say about the host, he was super helpful and kind and gave us amazing recommendations for food and activities! We even met one of the artists, whose work was exhibited in some of the rooms. Overall an incredible experience! Also the free parking was a plus.

Positive: The apartment is an art gallery, so this could only be an amazing and unique experience for the guests. Everything was clean and the place is so comfortable, we only wished we stayed for more than 1 night. The hosts Gerardo and Monica are very friendly and great people, always responsive and ready to help! we couldn't recommend more!

Positive: Owner Gerald was very caring and attentive even gave us the direction how to get to the house without entering / driving ZTL zone which we were absolutely not aware of. We also had an excellent communication from the really beginning at the booking stage, and we felt very welcomed from that point onwards. House itself is historical building which is centrally located with private parking provided in the courtyard. In spite of historical building, lift is available which is a great plus. House is well decorated with full of artistic object with unique taste. Breakfast is provided upon arrival including some water, yogurt, sweet Italian breakfast and freshly made traditional sweet pastry etc and plentiful. Highly recommended

Positive: Staying at 1881 Artistic House was a mind-blowing experience, probably the most surprising apartment we've ever encountered. The eclectic artwork creates a captivating ambiance, and it's easy to spend hours admiring each piece. The painting room was a highlight, especially as my daughter painted a couple of her own works there. The location is ideal, situated in a historic Palazzo on the first floor with a lift, in one of Caserta’s finest neighborhoods. It's conveniently close to the Reggia and surrounded by excellent dining options. Plus, the fiber-optic internet is incredibly fast. Highly recommend!

Positive: The apartment is spacious with 6 rooms- office, living room,Gym, game …and even a studio room you can paint, kitchen equipped with everything like home. A lot of art books in office I hope I have time to stay more days. Balcony huge and can host a party. Host is very kind. Thank you very much. We have great time.
