Positive: The property was huge, plenty of space for me and my friend in this two bedroom apartment. The property is really close to the beach and ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful break.

Negative: For me it was just a bit out from puerto banus where we were going each night. But that’s nothing about the property as that was fabulous.

Positive: The area size was quite good and the terrace with the sea view was amazing. Three bathrooms, two of which were large, the kitchen with enough facilities and the swimming pool in the yard contributed positively to our stay. The host availability on WhatsApp.

Negative: Cleanliness of some parts of the house could be better and some handles not working, but overall it was good

Positive: The location was great as it was very close to other family members. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The property was very dated in terms of the decoration and furniture. There were lots of marks on the walls and one of the toilets was constantly running. I am aware it’s a rental property but I feel it could be better decorated. It was very tired looking when comparing it to some of the other apartments I have seen in the same block. Beds were also uncomfortable with very little privacy as the curtains didn’t meet in the middle so I had to keep putting blinds up and down

Summary: Enjoyable but property could have been more comfortable.

Positive: Location was great but we found we still needed a car, lovely beach nearby, amazing restaurant, pool was fantastic, was great having a table on the balcony and outdoor bed, kitchen facilities were good and had everything you needed.

Negative: Towels were really small, the pillows were awful and considering how much the apartment costs would expect them to be a bit better & have pillow cases on all of them. There was a hoover but part of it was removed so it couldn’t be used and as we were there for 10 days I needed to clean the floors and couldn’t. Take water especially if you’re arriving late at night but there is a nearby supermarket if you arrive within its opening times. Wouldn’t go a miss having a bottle of water in the fridge for new guests, would have preferred that then the mini shampoo. We’d 100% stay again because these are minor issues that could easily be solved.

Summary: Looking forward to coming back.
