Positive: As a couple from Thessaloniki, we were very familiar with the location and preferred this summer home over others due to the privacy and large yard. We enjoyed the half basketball court, grilling, and having a spot to park! There is a feel of luxury with two hotels surrounding the property. It's very quiet with few neighbors. You can walk down the road and steps to the beach, where it's very nice most days (depending on the wind direction). You take a shower right in the bathroom, but the water drains very quickly and it's not an issue. There's also a new shower outside. If you have a vehicle to go to the supermarket, nearby beaches, and for outings at night, this is a perfect spot. Otherwise, there is a small market at the camping spot within walking distance from the beach or the road. We would highly recommend for longer stays and will go back again in the future.
Negative: The refrigerator is old and some food went bad quickly depending on where it was placed on the shelves. The host mentioned that they will potentially be making some changes in the kitchen area, so I assume this will not be an issue for future guests. We were there for almost a month, so the fridge was very full. It should work fine for fewer items.

Positive: The house is very nice, clean, and it has everything that you may ever need for your stay. Enough space, for families with kids (up to two kids). They will love the bunk bed. The back yard is very nice too.
Negative: The only negative that's probably worth mentioning is that the mattress in the bedroom is kind of hard. I like sleeping on soft mattresses, but that's just me.

Positive: We had to change our house due to overbooking reasons, and it was a very pleasant surprise staying here, so we extended for one more night. The house is just like in the pictures, with a spacious garden and plenty of equipment for cooking and BBQ. There are two beaches nearby—if one has waves, you can easily go to the other.

Positive: The idea of being in a private house.
Negative: At the time we rented it (end of June) we paid almost $200/ night and this facility falls short from this value. In my opinion the place maybe was good some 30 years ago. Super old furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, AC blowing right on your heads in every room, unkempt yard, a very loud huge construction zone right next to it, beach house without un umbrella, no sheet changing, no towels replacing ( every 5 days policy)! Imagine sleeping in sandy sheets! And, I don’t want to talk about the restroom, a total failure!!! I am thinking since this place is surrounded by luxurious resorts they feel like asking for that price but as I mentioned this place is far from it. Probably is run by agencies because we asked to prolong our stay at a lower rate , it because we wanted to attend a wedding and felt lazy to pack and when I listed all the shortcomings they started debating those fact. Oh most importantly, ant infestation since day one!!! I have 2 toddlers and their offer to come and exterminate the facility really got me startled!!!
Summary: I wish i had spent my money wiser!

Positive: Courtyard is a nice place to stay, although the presence of mice is a bit of a problem. I understand that the host may not be able to do anything about this, but it would be great if they could find a way to address the issue.
Negative: Unfortunately, there is not even a minimum of hygienic conditions in this accommodation. First of all, the presence of ants is unbearable. You can forget about using the kitchen. There were so many of them on the floor in the kitchen and living room that we were completely shocked. After we cleaned everything, there were fewer of them. That speaks volumes about the condition in which we found the accommodation. The bathroom is perhaps the biggest problem in this accommodation. There is no shower cabin, no tub, and no curb for the area where you bathe, so every time you shower, the entire bathroom is flooded with water, soapy water, etc. In addition, the toilet bowl does not work well. A nightmare indeed. We successfully managed to partially eliminate the ant problem by thoroughly cleaning the space and refraining from eating or preparing food indoors. However, we encountered a challenge in resolving the issue with the toilet. It is essential to use the shower and toilet facilities provided in the accommodation. Upon check-in, you will be informed that one set of towels, consisting of one large and one small towel, will be provided for a five-day period. This information will be communicated during the check-in process. Bed linens are changed according to the same schedule. The furniture is old, and the mattresses are uncomfortable, but we can discuss that, and it is relative. What is not up for discussion is the genuinely poor hygiene standard of the accommodations, which requires an urgent renovation of the bathroom and solving the problem related to ants. There are no shops or restaurants near the accommodations, so you need a car for everything. The accommodations are genuinely not to be recommended. The July 2024 comment was written in the same manner as this one.
