Positive: I really liked that the rooms were clean and nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I liked that the bed was comfortable. I like that the hotel has a lot of plants. It gives it a good atmosphere. The hotel also has a buffet restaurant on the top floor and the buffet has different dishes. The hotel also offers free parking which is always good. It also has some space to walk and animals to pet.

Negative: I was very disappointed with the service I got. For starters I booked a Suite with a King size bed, but when I was given the room, it was located right next to the road and the noise of cars outside was really annoying. When I asked for another room, I kindly suggested that I would "even" accept simpler room than a Suite as long as it is less noisy. But they gave me the very cheapest room and when I complained that it had no soap or boiler or anything. They told me that it is a simple room. I know it is a simple room but the thing is I didn't pay for a simple room. I payed for a Suite. I think the staff should have at least try to give a better service out of their own initiative or they should have given me a discount. They didn't do neither of both. In the end they brought me the things I asked for after discussing and complaining. I also didn't like that even though we booked the jacuzzi for a specific hour, other people were using it at the time we booked it. The location is not convenient. I think it is too far from Urubamba.

Positive: The room was spacious and the lobby was calming

Negative: I feel that the property was overpriced. My room had broken curtains which meant the sun came in brightly early in the morning. The jacuzzi in my room wasn’t working. The pool area was scruffy and the pool tables had a lot of wear and tear. I found it quite shocking that the breakfast wasn’t included in the price and I had to pay $12 for a breakfast which I could only eat half of because there was so much bread and gluten. And the saunas and steam rooms were a further additional charge. The cleaning ladies were also very loud in the corridors, talking at 6:30 in the morning. They also came in and woke us up both days. The location was a bit of a nightmare because you needed to get a taxi everywhere and they were very overpriced and hard to find in the evening. There were only two restaurants nearby and I didn’t want to spend another penny in this overpriced hotel.

Summary: Not worth the money!
