Positive: Location is beautiful, restaurant is very nicely decorated and the atmosphere is very chill

Negative: The comfort of the room is not incredible, the beds are not the best and some rooms lack items of furniture (closet for example)

Positive: The location - effectively on the beach, close to the sea, away from the crowds. It was really a quiet and relaxing vacation. The concept of the property as a whole is very nice, however there are a few spots to improve on, as I will detail in the "what didn't you like" section. The terrace with plenty of confortable couches, amazing background music, bar and restaurant is the real deal - I could spend days just sitting there. We had the ground floor rooms with view to the terrace and sea, and they were Ok. What is missing though is a place to actually organize all your stuff, given that you're there for a few days and not just for a night. I'd add that. I didn't feel the need for a TV, the room did not have one but who needs a TV when you have the sea? Also a small closet or shelves in the bathroom would help a lot. The people at the Hacienda were kind and helpful and we had a very good interaction - a big thank you to all the staff.

Negative: I'd like to see a change in a few areas: - The breakfast: is ok, but lacks variety. You will find mostly the same food every morning. If you're not picky, you'll get away with it, but there could be more for vegetarians and maybe different things on different days. - The restaurant: a few items on the menu, but again nothing really for vegetarians. - The prices for the bar and food items - I really haven't been to the Black Sea shores for a long time but comparing to other locations abroad they seem to be very high.

Positive: Absolute outstanding location, terrace with decent selection of great quality on place opened till around 9 PM with superb music and staff - great value for money for a 3 stars property and the current rating clearly doesn’t make justice

Negative: Bathrooms would use bit of refreshment, Wifi poor signal

Summary: If you search a quiet relaxing place, on the beach this should be a great option
