Positive: The steep road up to the property was difficult but once we arrived everything was great. Comfortable room, beautiful view, friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast.

Positive: The staff provided great costumer service. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: The place wasn't too well maintained. The room I stayed in look a little bit run-down. Management should put a little more love into the place. When it comes to maintenance and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Make the rooms look like actual hotel rooms. Another major issue I had was the location. The place can barely be accessed by car. The road to the hotel is extremely narrow, uneven, and is built at a 90° angle. I am not even joking. The driver who took me to the airport. Had to place the car in reverse, than let it rolled down the road. In an effort to get down the hill safely.

Positive: Restaurant is quite good and staff is friendly. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurant in situ which is good.

Negative: Air conditioning according to a schedule which means that at times the rooms become impossibly hot. Reception staff are remarkably indifferent and mostly interested in chatting to colleagues or looking at their phones. It could be a cultural thing as all other guests did not seem to care about how unhelpful reception staff were. I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had known what I know now.

Positive: I am a vegetarian , I wished they had a vegetarian menu to accomodate vegetarian people. A lot of people are vegetarians today.

Negative: THe city is filthy, dirty beyond imagination.

Positive: The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service food was good. The assit manager was excellent, and he made sure my stay was welcomed

Negative: The budget rooms it was not for me had a horrible smell, also the location but they do provide transportation to come get you from down the hill.
