Positive: Great location with a tub station only a 10 minute walk away if that. The apartment was clean and we were very comfortable In it. Great value for money and the host is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Small rooms with no aircon, with an unusual layout. The apartment has 2 corridors with the room's door facing one corridor and a french door facing the other corridor, so not ideal for airflow in the room. Very small shared bathroom, considering the number of rooms (4).

Positive: Pablo is very helpful. The location near the metro line 1 gives you access to almost anything you'll want to visit. The facilities are great, fridge, washing and drying machines, coffee machine. Parking on the street is easy and a garage parking is available

Negative: Air conditioning is available for the common areas but you'll need to leave the door open to benefit. Check-in is a bit complicated
