Positive: Dario was a very attentive and personable host. He offered a pick up/drop off service to the airport, which made things very easy and stress free. Nothing was any trouble for Dario, who gave some great sightseeing recommendations, and his accommodation was pristine. The bed was so comfortable I could have lived in it! Thanks Dario for your hospitality and for your fabulous coffee to go on my way back to the airport :)

Negative: Not a dislike, but I just had to be mindful wearing socks on the tiled stairs.

Positive: Darios made us at home while respected our space at his place. He also took an extra step as a host. We arrived early morning and he graciously accommodated us by letting us in our unit right away. Another surprise is that it's very convenient to stay in his place and have multiple day visit in downtown Barcelona. According to him, 15 min walk to the railway station and 15 min train ride to the downtown, and many trains running on that route to the downtown. We stay one night this time to catch another flight super early next day. We would love to stay in his place again next time.

Positive: Nice space located near a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. Owner friendly and helpful. He also provided a round trip to and from the airport. Bedroom and private bathroom comfy and clean.

Negative: The owner stays in the property with you. This, however, wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others.

Summary: Very nice, comfy and friendly, well located.

Prepared wonderful tasting breakfast and coffee. Pointed out where to go to get a meal. The place was clean and comfortable, like at home. Recommend staying!! Thank you, Mario 😊 🙏 .

Positive: Dario is really friendly. We arrived really late for the first night. He welcomed us and helped us to find a place for parking, since we couldn’t drive into the parking garage due to low ground clearance of our car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Dario really takes good care of his guests. He showed everything he could image to help and make our stay easy and comfortable. You can find everything you need and we felt like staying at home. The place is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the bus stop (this accommodation is in Barcelona public transport Zone 1, you can use T-mobilitat ticket to travel easily). And the whole area is quiet. We really had a great time.
