Positive: Spacious room, wardrobe and other cabinets to store your things, comfortable bed, you can watch your streaming services directly on the TV, good location. Good communication about the check-in. Air conditioning works fine.

Negative: No cleaning at all for 5 days is not acceptable. We had the "Please clean the room" sign on the door and we still got no service. The finishings in the room and the bathroom are obviously cheap and in bad shape. A very small boiler that was not enough for two people to shower one after another. The sink battery had a broken element that came off every time I used it. No water provided in the room and the coffee machine on the floor was out of service on Sunday, when I wanted to use it. There was a 150 Euro deposit in case we broke something, but there was damage in the room when we arrived, for example on the floor and in the bathroom, and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to prove I wasn't responsible for it.

Positive: Clean, air conditioning, amazing location, many amenities, helpful staff.

Negative: Water heater only lasted under 5 minutes, coffee machine constantly having issues, air conditioner filters dirty, tv not functioning properly and turns on randomly (had to unplug)
