Positive: Steve and Diane are excellent hosts. They greeted us, oriented us to the area, and were readily available and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Their home is located in a very pleasant area, high enough to get out of the high humidity of the rest of the island and pretty much as close as you can get to the entrance of Haleakala. We thank Steve and Diane for a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Negative: Stairs need to be accessed for the sleeping area. While not a problem for us, it needs to be noted in case it is a problem for others. Steve was very helpful I. Moving suitcases up and down the stairs

Negative: Too expensive. I paid US$437.67. 2 days before arrival it cost $273. So my recommendation is to book at the last minute.

Positive: Owners have done a great job at setting up the place. Decor is beautiful and the property is very spacious. Back deck and a front deck, fully furnished with Victorian vibes. All types of charging cables, coffee, tea, oats, granola bars, mini fridge, utensils.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind

Summary: Had the most memorable time looking at sunset followed by constellation from the back deck
