Positive: Small, intimate boutique property with lots of style. Well appointed with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect. Many complementary amenities and a beautiful rooftop pool and bar which was a nice escape to end the day (or begin it). Close to Duval St but not in the hubbub of the town. Within less than a block were good restaurants for bfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

Negative: While the property was very nice, I do think it was a bit over priced.
